Chef Saul Bolton, Chef /owner of The Vanderbilt, Red Gravy, and the acclaimed restaurant the Norm at the Brooklyn Museum, and the chef behind the amazing Brooklyn Bangers, is again coming back, and we are so happy. Some of you still dream of his sweet pea soup, and his trifle, we can only beg him to do a repeat of these gems, but cannot wait to see what he creates this year.
