You made this?! Impress your people and make the ultimate Thanksgiving dessert - crust to cream, all from scratch - at this class with pastry maker and baker Carole Braden. During this baking course in Ray’s kitchen, you will learn how to make a flaky, all-butter, perfectly crimped crust and fill it with a delicious fresh filling that puts that old Libby’s goo to shame. We will learn about winter squashes including butternut and buttercup - as well as the humble cheese pumpkin - and find out how to transform them into beautiful and delicious holiday pies. Join us for a farm fresh lunch for an additional $12 (or BYO) while the pies bake!

Space is limited so reserve your spot now! Bring a 9-inch pie plate and a rolling pin if you’ve got one. You will take home a finished pie, and can stock up on farm-fresh ingredients for your Thanksgiving feast. 10:30-2:30 PM
